V-Pack (Chevron) Seals

V-Pack seals, also known as chevron seals, are multi-piece sealing sets designed for high-pressure hydraulic applications where reliable sealing and long service life are required. These seals consist of stacked V-shaped rings that energize under pressure, allowing the sealing lips to expand and maintain effective contact with the sealing surfaces.

Our V-Pack seals are manufactured from fabric-reinforced elastomer with NBR, providing excellent extrusion resistance, durability, and stability under demanding operating conditions.
