Soft Wipers are single-lip polyurethane rod wipers designed to prevent external contaminants such as dust, dirt, and moisture from entering the hydraulic cylinder. Installed in the outermost position of the rod gland, the soft wiper protects internal sealing components and extends overall seal life.
The flexible polyurethane lip maintains consistent contact with the rod surface, ensuring effective wiping while allowing a thin residual oil film to return into the system. This makes Soft Wipers suitable for light to medium duty hydraulic applications where contamination levels are moderate.
