O-Ring Cord

Forge Industrial Supplies supplies O-ring cord in continuous lengths, designed for manufacturing custom O-rings, on-site repairs, and applications where standard moulded O-ring sizes are not available. O-ring cord allows technicians and maintenance teams to cut and join seals to exact dimensions, providing flexibility and reduced downtime.

Our O-ring cord range is available in NBR and FKM compounds, covering general hydraulic and pneumatic service as well as high-temperature and chemically demanding environments. O-ring cord is commonly used in static and low-dynamic sealing applications where reliability and material compatibility are critical.

Materials & Compounds

• NBR (Nitrile Rubber):
  Suitable for general hydraulic and pneumatic applications, offering good resistance to mineral oils, hydraulic fluids, water, and air.

• FKM / Viton (Fluoroelastomer):
  Designed for elevated temperatures and aggressive media, including fuels, oils, and many chemicals.
